Bulk 25lbs – Yellow, Green, Nº 2 or Salsa Tomatoes Yellow tomatoes are a round variety with very low acid content. Gel amount is normally less than the red tomato and may be susceptible to defects and shorter shelf life. Green tomatoes are harvested at full maturity when fruit surface is completely green.
